Operator And Eligibility

EatAI is operated by Krasimir Vasilev, Slav Karaslavov 6, 1700 Sofia, Bulgaria. You must be at least 18 years old to use EatAI.

Service Scope

EatAI is a food logging and nutrition estimate tool. It helps you record meals by text, voice, or photo and estimate nutrition values from the information available.

Not Medical Advice

EatAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, allergy guidance, eating-disorder care, medical nutrition therapy, or clinician replacement. You are responsible for reviewing foods, ingredients, allergies, nutrition estimates, and health decisions with appropriate professionals where needed.

AI And Nutrition Accuracy

AI parsing, voice transcription, photo interpretation, provider matches, calories, macros, fiber, and insights may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. You should review and correct entries before relying on them.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use EatAI only for lawful personal purposes.

Subscriptions And Free Trial

EatAI may offer an auto-renewing paid subscription, recommended as EatAI Plus, with a 1-week free trial. Prices, billing periods, and trial eligibility are shown in the app and store checkout before purchase.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your EatAI account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

User Content

You keep ownership of meal logs, comments, photos, voice input, and other content you submit. You grant EatAI a limited license to host, process, display, secure, support, and improve the service using that content.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use EatAI for emergencies or medical decisions.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not try to access another user account or data.

Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion in the app or at https://eataiapp.com/account-deletion. You can also contact privacy@eataiapp.com. Some records may be retained when legally required or needed for security, payment, tax, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Changes And Availability

EatAI may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers And Liability

EatAI is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.
