Consumer Health Data We Process
- Profile and body-related information, such as age, sex, height, weight, goals, activity level, units, and targets.
- Meal logs, food descriptions, meal timing, categories, nutrition estimates, and provider provenance.
- Voice recordings and transcripts when you log by voice.
- Water logs, monthly insights, food-history patterns, and AI-generated summaries.
- Problem reports or comments that may reference health, food, or account concerns.
Sources
We receive consumer health data from you, your device permissions, app usage, AI processing, nutrition lookup providers, and service operations needed to run EatAI.
Purposes
- Provide food logging by text and voice.
- Estimate nutrition values and show meal history.
- Generate insights and summaries.
- Maintain account settings, quotas, safety, support, diagnostics, and compliance.
Sharing
We share consumer health data with service providers only as needed to operate EatAI, such as infrastructure, AI processing, nutrition lookup, diagnostics, email, and app-store services. We do not sell consumer health data. Mixpanel product analytics is configured not to receive meal content, transcripts, exact nutrition values, categories, body measurements, or profile details.
Your Rights
You can request access, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by using the in-app account deletion path or contacting privacy@eataiapp.com.
